Vita
I was born in Germany as the eldest of three siblings. My family´s roots are a mix of Brandenburg and Eastern Prussia. Myself growing up between Northern Germany and South America.
My first choice of training – to become a physiotherapist – gave me the foundations of medical knowledge for my career. I knew early on in my life that I’m very interested in the soul in its physical home.
Internships at UKE in Hamburg (University clinic) in oncology + neonatology led to more professional training in paediatrics (Bobath + Castillo-Morales). In the children´s soul I recognized the human courage that inhabits us all to keep going.

Expanding into this field more and more I encountered conscious bodywork, deep stillness and mindful touch: Shiatsu (Wilfried Rappenecker); Body Rhythm (Ray Ridolfi); traditional Chinese Medicine(Claude Diolosa); various forms of meditation; holotropic breathing; Tai Chi (Nathan Menaged); dance (Gabriele Roth); „The Work“ (Byron Katie).
Furthermore I encountered the shamanic wisdom of various cultures. The Mexican sage Mariví de Teresa especially became an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the female/feminine part of my path.
Equally important for my creative and therapeutic approach is Hugh Milne´s Visionary Cranio Sacral Work ®. It showed me the way to deeply dive into the connection between body, mind and soul and to develop the Heart of Listening.
The wish for more tools to support therapeutic processes in conversation led me to become a student of Systemic-integrative Couples and Family Therapy with Prof. Dr. Martin Kirschenbaum († 2012). He was one of the first teachers of family therapy in Germany.
Experiencing the dance of existence consciously – sometimes being close and sometimes distant – an individual yet part of the whole of life – connected to our own story as well as the history of our families.
Additionally and going on: family constellation work and supervision (László Mattyasovszky, Anne Stegemann, Carola von Bismarck, Guni Baxa, Hildegard Wiedemann); NLP; counselling (Charlotte Bunsen); psychogenealogy (Alejandro Jodorowsky); conflictmanagement + nonverbal communication (Anne Kühl).
Almost all of this time I lived and studied in Hamburg.
The various trainings initiated travelling again – Spain, Argentina, US, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico.
I then moved to the Basque Country, Northern Spain for 12 years. Time to integrate what I had learnt and to develop my own way.
A new form of accompanying others came to me there: the role of travel + city guide.
Today there is the tourist path beside the therapeutic path – and I both walk and offer them from deep within my heart.
All of this – having grown up and lived in different cultures and languages, my own path of discovery and healing, the sense of continuous learning and development until our last breath – are part of my offer today.
And all labour is in vain if love is missing.
