One of your car’s lights turns RED and you probably drive to the garage to have it checked and fixed. It is similar when the body signals to us through pain, regardless of the area, that something is missing or too much. In most cases, the body’s marvellous ability to compensate has reached its limits.

Do you then go to the ‘workshop’ to discover where there is too much or too little?

  • Movement analysis of daily life, at work and during sport – with the question: what have I become accustomed to and no longer realise?
  • A few, simple and practical exercises, adapted to your daily routines – with the question: where + how is more balance necessary/possible for more ease?
  • Breathing is usually reduced under stress/tension – how + where?
  • additionally: deep tissue work, trigger points and fascia work to relieve tissue tension
  • and also: relaxation + letting go for head and body
  • This applies to
  • the entire back in all its parts: Cervical / thoracic / lumbar spine including the pelvis and the SI joints (Ilio-sacral joints)
  • Shoulder / tennis-golf-mouse-elbow / hands
  • Hip / knee / ankle joints and feet
  • Tinnitus
  • CMD (issues relating to the jaw joint)
