Systemic therapy

The development of systemic therapy (Virginia Satir) in the 1950s was a milestone among the existing therapies. It is linked to the humanistic view of man and the world and is resource-orientated. For the first time, the family system, the family of origin, was brought into the individual therapeutic work. Because…we unconsciously identify with our ancestors and take on responsibilities that are not ours.

We are all part of the family and society – systems that influence each other and shape our personal and professional lives. These influences are like subterranean currents whose expression often remains unheard, unseen and unspoken until it manifests itself – sometimes with astonishing force.

Systemic-Integrative Counselling & Coaching and the constellation offer:

  • finding new paths in critical times, both privately and professionally
  • to discover and understand one’s own biography with its hidden depths and connections to the family of origin
  • to develop and establish a new form of communication and solutions
  • a deep healing process to reconnect with the soul and its own movement
  • deep rootedness in your own self in order to spread your wings and take off into your own flight

Life is not the way we would like it to be. It is the way it is. The way we deal with it makes all the difference. Virginia Satir
