Cranio-Sacral

The cranio-sacral system comprises the external and internal structures of the skull (cranium), the spinal column and the sacrum (sacrum bone). As a whole, it influences the neurovegetative system, the hormonal balance, all muscle types and thus the most important psycho-physiological vital functions of our body. The cerebrospinal fluid flows like a wave in the centre, protecting the brain and spinal cord as it floats.

The cranial wave is an intelligent form of communication, just as informative as the radial pulse for the acupuncturist.

Through a gentle and attentive touch, she offers a path from the outside to the inside, towards stillness. It untangles where there is confusion and sorts where there is chaos.

Cranio-sacral work emerged from the origins of osteopathy and combines anatomical focussing with other manual elements of bodywork.

It can be used for a wide range of physical symptoms, e.g. for Headaches (migraines), restrictions of the spine in all its aspects, chronic fatigue, changes in motor coordination, consequences of accidents and operations, eye disorders, dysfunction in the temporomandibular joint and dental area (CMD), tinnitus, for specific women’s and men’s issues. And also for psychological issues to accompany inner, biographical and psychotherapeutic processes.

Some days there will be no song in your heart. Sing anyway.
