Systemic-Integrative Coaching
It was a milestone in the world of therapy when Virginia Satir developed her systemic work in the 1950s. Its foundation is the humanistic view and the focus is on resource. For the first time the familial background of ones own family was part of the therapeutic understanding because subconsciously we identify with our ancestors and inherit/take on responsibilities which do not belong to us.
We are all part of a family and of society. These systems relate to one another and shape our private and professional lives. Their influence can be like subconscious currents, often unheard, unseen or unspoken until their expression manifests with sometimes astonishing power.
Systemic-Integrative Coaching and individual constellation offers:
- new ways in critical times, personal as well as professional
- to explore and understand one’s own biography with its hidden depths and connections to family history
- to develop and implement a new form of communication and solutions
- a profound healing process towards re-connection with soul and its genuine movement
- deeper rooting in the self which enables you to spread your wings and begin your own flight
Life is not the way we would like it to be.
It is the way it is.
The way we deal with it makes the difference.
